**About This Role**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Continuous Improvement Digital Systems Manger to lead and manage transitions from non-systemic digital solutions to a streamlined, enterprise-wide experience. This role is crucial in driving global enterprise excellence, innovation and standardization across Carrier. The successful candidate will have a blend of technical systems expertise, project management skills, and deep understanding of change management to ensure a smooth and impactful implementation of solutions for users. The role will also be responsible for the lifecycle management of these systems by partnering with users, system administrators across the globe to prioritize future enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and optimization of Continuous Improvement digital platforms that are leveraged across the enterprise.
+ Lead the full integration and of digital Continuous Improvement applications across the enterprise, ensuring effective and efficient workflows from the business perspective.
+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, for the implementation of new processes and associated digital transformation initiatives.
+ Oversee the decommissioning and phase-out of non-systemic digital tools while ensuring continuity of Continuous improvement behaviors.
+ Partner with system users, digital leadership teams and manage vendor relationships and expectations.
+ Act as the primary point of contact from the business for each of the platform vendors, ensuring employee needs and requirements are met and aligning with digital leadership to ensure compliance to internal and regulatory standards.
**Required Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects or event
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
+ Master’s Degree
+ Project management experience with digital transformation
+ Certification in project management and demonstrated working knowledge of continuous improvement methods
+ Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of digital platforms, including onboarding and decommissioning
+ Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects in a global organization from a business perspective.
+ Strong understanding and certifications in continuous improvement with working knowledge of how to embed CI in various digital mediums
+ Familiarity with IT systems, enterprise software implementation, and data management principles
+ Ability to travel up to 25% required
