Job description
Infosys is seeking a Program Manager - Cyber Security. In the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for Managing and Assuring Cyber Security risk remediation for Infosys clients by collaborating with multiple teams, driving and executing security remediation and improvement workstreams. The successful Program Manager will manage client’s goals, help maximize service availability and ensure high client and end user satisfaction, encompassing Service Excellence, Automation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, and Operations.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC or Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
15+ years of relevant experience in complex IT technology transformation & Operations program management
Good understanding of Cyber Security Operations, Risks, Threats and Vulnerability management
Good knowledge of Vulnerability remediation, DevOps, Cloud, and infrastructure
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a multi-faceted teams across different geographies
Internal and External Stakeholder expectation management
Ability to deliver under stringent time deadline pressures
Experience of managing senior stakeholders
Excellent team management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
In the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to –
Pre-Sales Support:
Programs manage the pursuit
Collaborate internally with Cybersecurity Experts across various Cybersecurity domains and with other Infosys units to develop client specific solution
Make presentations along with others (Orals)
Host Client visits and showcase Cybersecurity solutions and Cyber Defense Center Operations
Program Delivery:
Define, govern and execute security remediation actions through programmatic & structured approach.
Collaborate with Security Architecture, Operations, Applications development and maintenance, Infrastructure, Cloud and networking teams
Establish governance and review process for regular cadence of all Security remediation actions/gaps as identified and reported by Security Operations & Architecture teams.
Understand the roles and interest of stakeholder and lead conflict resolution take Client first and Cyber Risk mitigation as utmost priority.
Assess, prioritize and execute remediation actions for Security gap findings, vulnerabilities, issues and risks
Develop and communicate daily/weekly/monthly/ overall risk mitigation progress reports and call out key actions and accountability.
Lead and manage Cyber Security emergency situation, incident response and execute urgent containment & remediation actions needed in collaboration various Infosys and Client organization teams.
Communication / update to CxO / leadership update on the overall risk mitigation & management and also any emergency situation recovery updates
Ensuring right staffing for the program and mitigate resourcing issues from different areas where the skills are to be procured
Team management and team building
Financial (budget, vendors) management of the program
