Role Responsibilities: In partnership with Program Manager-DV Operations, responsible for hiring, coaching, supervising, training, developing, and evaluating client-facing staff and volunteers. Ensures up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by CCAC and external entities. Responsible for coordinating team projects, facilitating and fostering positive team development. Responsible for overall client services programming throughout the multiple stages of the program. Ensures program capacity is maintained and program outcomes/goals are achieved. Participates in budget development process and operates programs within an allocated budget in partnership with Program Manager-DV Operations. Communicates regularly with supervisor regarding program status and significant issues, particularly those related to safety, risk management, and compliance. Maintains a flexible schedule to adapt to programmatic needs and ensure operational efficiency including potentially evenings and weekends. Rotates responsibility of on call and aftercare weekend groups. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Preferred: Ability to engage and work with clients in the local community Adept in technology and data entry Ability to monitor and measure progress against goals Minimum: Previous supervisory experience Education and Experience: Minimum Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field Preferred Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field Minimum Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience Preferred Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience Certification and Licensure: Minimum: Must obtain Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional Certification within 2 years of hire and Illinois Food Manager Certification within 30 days of hire.
