Position Background:
Our team of data scientists creates solutions for sales to be more effective in different route to markets. The main way for them to bring value is for our stakeholders to use our solutions. We are in need of a person who can act as a liaison between data scientists, support teams and stakeholders, to enhance the progress of the project through the alignment between teams, and the increase in adoption of the solutions provided.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization.
Project Management: Lead and manage stakeholder and support teams’ engagement to ensure our solutions get adopted.
Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of the guided selling solution.
Customer Training: Provide training and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our solution.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management roles.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative attitude
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding or knowledge of the business finance and country category.
Creative thinking
Strong analytical skills
