Program Manager for User Trial

**CTG is seeking to fill a Program Manager – User Trial opening for our client in Chicago, IL.**
**Location:** Chicago, IL
**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension
**Duties:**
+ Lead multiple parallel projects involving new Motorola smartphone products.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive User Trial plans aligned with market and development strategies.
+ Recruit and manage a representative user base of participants for Dogfooding trials.
+ Coordinate all logistics related to trial device distribution, user engagement, and support.
+ Facilitate regular communication through meetings, emails, and surveys to gather user feedback.
+ Analyze feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
+ Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to share insights.
+ Present findings in CCB and RRR meetings and help drive product enhancements.
+ Conduct risk assessments, prioritize user-reported issues, and work with engineering to address bugs or performance gaps.
+ Provide training and mentorship to internal team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
+ Flexible to work occasional early/late hours to collaborate with teams in China and Brazil.
**Skills:**
+ Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High attention to detail and analytical skills.
+ Familiarity with risk management practices and reporting.
+ Comfortable working with various project management and data analysis tools.
+ Passion for technology and user-centered development.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical environment (hardware and software).
+ Prior experience managing user trials, beta programs, or similar user research initiatives preferred.
+ Experience working on global teams is a plus.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.00/hour to $39.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
