Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for the management of unit-based workflow and therapeutic activities impacting patient stay. To include by not limited to the development and oversight of unit groups and facilitators. Supervises the Activities Coordinator and collaborates with nursing in the development and education for BHTs and other unit staff. Identifies marketing opportunities and business strategies to increase community awareness and brand recognition in the community. Responsible for the daily supervision of the unit and management of activities. Address concerns and escalate to senior leadership as indicated. Monitors daily entry of program metrics and outcomes monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly). Collaborates with providers, nursing, social work, and hospital leadership on program design and mission to ensure outcomes and workflow align. Participates in unit-based rounding with the multi-disciplinary team. Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement activities to support the HonorHealth mission and vision. Participates in the development and maintenance of the Generations Unit metrics. Keeps current on HIPPA, CMS, Federal State, and local regulatory. Ensures appropriate compliance and documentation of education / attendance. The Program Manager is responsible for the on-going assessment of the team’s skill, learning needs, and regulatory requirements. Coordinates educational activities related to geriatric behavioral health services as requested. Promotes a collaborative process and communication between health care providers, community partners, and the unit to support brand recognition and awareness in the community. Seeks to identify opportunities to further business development and referrals. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Education Master's Degree In a health administration or therapy services related field Required Experience 3 years Program management and business development Required 3 years Experience in care coordination of individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use Required
