You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** Reports directly to the Director of Community Health with a dotted line to the Grant Funders. Leads in the designing implementing planning and tracking of all activities in relation to the grant scope of work. Assists Funder in setting annual goals and process improvement activities to achieve specified public health initiatives. + This position is responsible for identifying needed improvements on a significant level in operating efficiencies for best use of grant funds. The project work consultation training and reporting are aimed at improving the efficiency cost effectiveness and quality of operations. + The principal focus is on grant program management. This position will work closely with amulti-disciplinary team of clinicians physicians and the state to assist with statewide program referrals. + The position should have a broad grasp of grant management principles -organizational management outcome measurement staffingdevelopment data tracking evidence-based research methodology staff and program scheduling special event management and a system approach to problem solving and their application to a cohesive population management approach. + The position is expected to be the resident expert in their grant program and must stay abreast of changes in the field through continuing education and networking. + Knowledge of AC290 Monthly State Request for funding reconciliation process and grant auditing procedures. + OUTSTANDING PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. + The position should have grant management experience being knowledgeable of grant personnel management tracking and having managed multiple conflicting projects toward successful conclusion within constricted time frames. + The position should have teaching/mentoring experience in program promotion conference and educational training outcome measurement monitoring and improvement to assist project advisory committee/board in meeting or exceeding their program goals. + The position should be knowledgeable of budget development grant management reporting cost tracking reconciliation and auditing. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Minimum two (2) years experience in related program grant management in Business Public Health or Healthcare Administration required. + Bachelor's Degree required. + Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; + Board/Steering Committee coordinationexperience; excellent analytical abilities anda working knowledge of grant management state billing and reporting. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Five (5) years experience in customer service operations public health or projectmanagement preferred. + Experience with evidence-based programs preferred. + Teaching and Training experience highly desired. + Special events and CommunityCollaborations highly desired. + Master's Degree strongly preferred. + Grant specific training **Pay Range** $26.51 - $38.44 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
