Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $33.00/hour
Status: Regular Full-Time/Non-Exempt
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Haven Heights. Their responsibilities also include the direct supervision of program staff; the implementation and tracking of staff training; and the monitoring of the facility’s compliance to all rules, regulations, and contractual commitments.
Duties & Responsibilities Directly oversee and manage the operations of the Haven Heights facility and program, including providing supervision to program staff. Provide policy and procedure guidance to program staff. Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff. Review and analyze training needs and coordinate training & development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Monitor, evaluate, record, and report training activities and program effectiveness. Monitor staff attendance and coordinate with Human Resources on corrective disciplinary actions, as necessary. In coordination with the Assistant Director, participate in short- and long-term planning and goal setting, and evaluate & revise plans as program needs change. Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and periodic statistics and reports as required. Develop and maintain relations with other service organizations and community partners. Participate and coordinate direct referrals from local agencies for resident intakes. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in social work, or 2+ years of program management and/or case management supervision experience in lieu of formal education. 2 years of supervisory experience. 3 years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness in a shelter/residential program.The information in this job description indicates the general nature and level of work performed by an employee in this classification.
