Cleveland Clinic’s Digestive Disease & Surgery Institute (DDSI) provides patients with the most advanced level of medical and surgical care, primarily focused on the safe and proven treatment of disorders related to the gastrointestinal tract. This role helps submit and secure sponsored funding for our research program. The Program Manager will work on projects to bring caregivers into the organization and retain them. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and resources. You will experience great exposure to both the institute and department leadership and have numerous opportunities for career growth in different administrative and project/program management.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience.
OR Master’s degree and two years of experience.
Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
