Job PurposeThe Program Manager is responsible with achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role will support both production and design and development projects with an emphasis on both short-term and long-term strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Supports procurement and general program logistics as needed
• Maintains schedules and provides customer support for low maintenance programs
• Tracks CPI and SPI for cost plus programs
• Creates and maintains program financial forecasts
• Manages battery programs for recurring (build-to-print) orders and those with minor modifications to existing designs
• Creates and maintains program financial forecasts, schedules, action item lists, risk management, and deliverable tracking lists
• Participates in process improvements at the program management team level
• Captures and reviews lessons learned
• Provides strategic customer intelligence to 5-year plan
• Generates bid inputs to Business Development Team for cost, schedule, compliance, and risk
