Program Manager II Project/Program Mgmt, BB Sustaining Engineering
Support and coordinate all Engineering activities after post-product launches, under sustaining efforts. Execute the various Engineering programs & initiatives within the organization. Lead a multi-functional team to resolve the engineering issues and deliver the enhancements requests from customers  Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth rollouts of the machines build.     Support new product launch and all post launch activities.Lead and direct a group of multifunction engineers responsible for sustaining the product.Responsible for all sustaining activities across business unit’s product line; including design enhancements, and implementation at both factory and customer sites.Works with functional managers to deliver results for technical projects and ability to filter relevant information for the right audience.Anticipates future needs and initiates small/medium project to improve product performance or reliability.Interfaces with internal and external customers on product engineering issues.Provide leadership and prioritizes work aligned to business unit strategy.Manage day to day operation of customer issues and enhancements within engineering groupProvide support to supply chain and operation group on engineering related issues.Able to run the program independently, orchestrate and lead multi-site integration meetings.Performs other duties as assignedBachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or related field preferred.PMP Certified preferred but not a must.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor environment preferably in Wire Bonding.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project management role in a matrix organization.Good communication skills: strong team player, able to work and manage multi discipline teams.Good knowledge of semiconductor backend products and comfortable with working on customer sites.Knowledge of Build of Materials (BOM) and machine configurator is a must.Strong analytics and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work as part of a global engineering team with offices in Singapore, US, Europe and Asia; ability to travel internationally.Able to work with all levels.
