You will manage multiple complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals. As a program manager, you will lead the cross-functional alignment of the entire product lifecycle. Your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Akamai's business.

As a Program Manager II you will be responsible for:

Building key initiatives across Wizards core team and cross-functional environments towards annual Idea jams and implementationBuilding marketing and innovation events across the company for generation of IdeasPerforming detailed analysis of Program feasibility, success criteria, impact and resourcesWorking with stakeholders to plan activities, identify and manage dependencies and ensure communication for high visibility programs

Demonstrate experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical teamHave good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersBe able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environmentBe able to influence and motivate others with a perseverance to handle stimulating business situationsDemonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning
