The Customer Program Manager role involves providing support to end users worldwide for next-generation nacelles to ensure product performance, timely delivery, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the liaison between customers and product lines, the responsibilities include managing and coordinating activities to support and resolve technical issues, administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating standard and non-standard contracts. The role also involves conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in line with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Additionally, the position entails reviewing estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Other duties include preparing bids, processing specifications, progress, and other reports, advising management on contractual rights and obligations, compiling and analyzing data, and maintaining historical information.
