Detailed project management with innovation and engineering solutions for multiple reliability and maintenance engineering teams across North America. A day in the life Role will use analytic tools to find trends and develop improvements to reduce downtime within the buildings. Role will help write papers, initiate change management process, and partner with field and support teams to drive potential network fixes. Role will initiate network level support for sites that have high impact events that meet a certain threshold and help deep dive root cause. About the team Team helps reduce RME controlled high impact events. Team helps eliminate repeat technical issues impacting overall building OEE. Team also helps develop current and future technical leaders in the field. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of employee and performance management experience - 5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience - 7+ years of facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications - Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards - Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls , industrial electronics Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
