We have an exciting opportunity in Poway, California for a Communications Payloads Program Manager that be able to operate in a very free-flowing atmosphere with the ability to create new business, products and technology and see that creation through to fielding and a chance to work on the cutting edge of remotely piloted vehicle payload and system development. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The candidate will direct all phases of the program from inception through completion to include responsibilities for cost, schedule and technical performance for communications payloads development, test, and fielding on GA-ASI aircraft.Will be primarily responsible for executing both internal and customer funded development and test efforts, both in laboratory and in field settings.Knowledge of current DOD C4 systems capabilities and employment.Experience with Flight testing and flight operations of C4 payloads on tactical aircraft.Experience with pod-based C4 systems.We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
