Description Amazon Brazil's Books team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The Program Manager for Imported Books utilizes a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance to drive the performance of strategic partners at Amazon. In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, pricing, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the category. The Imported Books PM will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, social media and other channels, to grow the imported books traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the most innovative online retailer and to develop and build strong functional skills across retail in online merchandising/marketing, buying, planning and forecasting, pricing, and business analysis. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - SQL knowledge and Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Demonstrated business discernment with advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese. - +2 year in Program/Project Management or Leading learning initiatives. Fluent in both English and Portuguese. - Experience analyzing data metrics and developing reports. - Strong deep dive mindset and ability to use metrics to measure success levels. - Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Experience tracking a roadmap of projects including defining priorities and setting clear expectations with stakeholders. - Experience working in a cross-functional team. - Bias for action, ownership, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven track record of successful end-to-end project completion. Good influencing skills to get traction for initiatives with indirect teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing reports and processes. - Experience with E-Commerce. - Experience in leading initiatives and data projects with many impacted business areas. - Experience using learning data to inform continuous improvement. - Experience with experience with performance KPIs, with great interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders.
