Program Manager Internship Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the successful execution of various projects and programs within the North American Partners organization. This role is hybrid out of our Atlanta, GA office. Key Responsibilities: • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Stakeholder Communication: Support communication efforts by preparing status reports, updating project documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to identify trends, generate insights, and create reports that help in decision-making and performance tracking. • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and helping implement best practices. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Consulting, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter who has the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Preferred experience with project management software such as: Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Planner, or Airtable.
