The Program Manager IT for Project Systems supports the BU Projects in the management, planning and delivery of IT projects.
In particular, but not limited to, she/he is responsible for an IT project aimed at reviewing and implementing a new internal Finance management control system and also other processes for the BU. Furthermore, she/he support the continuous improvement of the service and the optimization of processes related to this IT Finance system, in alignment with IT Delivery team.
She/He has to understand and manage the project needs of internal stakeholders, reconcile the needs of a complex internal organization, produce guidelines for the correct management of the system,coordinate relations between the internal customers and the technical contacts who provide the service and finally, carry out a continuous control action on the effectiveness of the same.
Responsible for the IT project aimed at reviewing and implementing a new internal Finance management control system and also support the BU for future process transformation.
Responsible to anticipate problems and opportunities for improvement; design and implement SAP and other IT system related to Finance business solutions in order to facilitate the day-to-day operations
Plan the review of existing services and profiling of new services: time, costs, resources, efficiency, quality and management of associated risks
Manage the project quality with all the stakeholders interested: internal company client, internal technical contacts, interface with end users
Manage the relationship with external suppliers (hardware, software or services) to support its internal organization.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the applications under her/his responsibility
Define guidelines for activities related to the IT Finance management system
Monitor the services, related orders, cost and revenue management
Coordinate the stakeholders involved
Ensure deadlines are met with quality and effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
8-10 year Project and program management experience.
At least 15 years of experience in a Company working by projects(medium and large size)
At least 10 years experience working with SAP logistics modules (PS and other IT system related to Finance matters) and planning system (Primavera – Project)
Desirable knowledge on Data Collection
Deep expertise about Manufacturing Processes (Process and Discrete), Product Costing Methods and Business Intelligence
Ability to integrate distinct systems related to operational and financial planning
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Planning and organizational skills
Decision-making ability
English language skills: C1 or higher
