Program Manager (IT End User Operations)
Provide thought leadership to regional service leaders & specific insights into IT End User needsLead & support design and execution of agreed regional projects and Initiatives that drive improvements in client value, associate productivity & motivation and improved client retentionSupport Gartner Service & Delivery strategic initiatives, representing and anticipating the needs of ITEU, share updates with local leaders and shape change planning to meet the regional needs to ensure successful rollout and adoptionCollaborate across Sales, Product, Research and Advisory, to bring these solutions to our Service teams in a coordinated way and drive execution of these solutions and programs as well as monitor to determine ongoing effectivenessAnalyze client and/or associate needs by means of qualitative and quantitative sources.  Synthesize into findings and opportunitiesSupport region leaders in preparing for key meetings e.g. Ops. ReviewsDevelop strategic partnerships across team NCVI to promote ITEU needsConduct quantitative retention analysis and associate it with qualitative insights to provide actionable recommendations and ensure informed decision makingSupport & lead innovation aligned with the teams’ goals  Ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business drivers, identify and drive operational improvements, provide transparency of results to key business leadersCultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization and partner with leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunitiesProvide guidance to regional management teams to ensure operational consistency and share best practices in driving RetentionSupport the development and work prioritization of direct reports

Requirements:

Strong relationship-building skills: Able to effectively partner with multiple teams and leaders to influence in a matrixed environmentStrong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills.  Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.Proven ability to understand business initiatives and challenges, and to recommend business solutions using fact-based analyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and deliver effective decks and updates for use by multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive levelExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and large amounts of detail simultaneouslyProgram management experience: Ability to organize and track complex projects, keep self and others on track and identify emerging issuesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong presentation skills both to service and executive leadership.Interest & ability to manage and coach others

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
