Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Guam.

The Project Manager will:

Manage one or more moderately complex projects.May manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).Review documents for compliance with contract requirements and quality of technical content.Perform technical quality reviews, including documentation and project record following policies and procedure.Identify stakeholder problems and opportunities in particular areas that could be mitigated through planning.Maintain data for long range and short range planning.Review, analyze and make recommendations for professional services contracts.Assist in performing fiscal analysis related to planning projects, construction accounting, budgeting, invoicing, payment requests.Serve as a liaison between client personnel and other stakeholders regarding project activities, including planning, scheduling and overall project status.Attend various meetings, conferences, governmental hearings as assigned; prepare and deliver oral presentations to the public and other stakeholders.Coordinates with Client's consultants to produce quality documents for agency review.Manage other AECOM staff and subcontractors for relevant projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.Possess a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in engineering, architecture, building construction, construction science, or construction management; or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPossess a valid driver’s license with a safe and acceptable driving record.Must be a U.S. citizen.Able to pass client background screenings when required by our contract - typically for working with federal clients.Experience managing contracts with federal agencies

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) years of recent experience within the last ten (20) years as a Project Manager or Program Manager for the US Navy, Air Force, or Army for a project involving design, construction, or planning for facilities or infrastructure.Experience with program management or construction management for federal agenciesNavy experienceUSACE CQM certificationIndustry certifications such as PE license, CCM or PMPHolds or previously held a Department of Defense security clearance
