**Pay Rate: $87.09 - $115.54 per hour**
**Project Overview**
The **RCI Process Transformation Program Manager** will develop and execute programs supporting the team’s strategic charter while managing day-to-day program operations. This role requires expertise in integrating and improving technology solutions within **Risk, Compliance & Integrity (RCI)** teams. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and tooling teams to enhance RCI’s tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet organizational needs. This work will directly influence how RCI interacts with compliance ecosystem.
**Overall Responsibilities**
+ Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess current processes and identify technology enhancements.
+ Develop process flows outlining proposed solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment.
+ Create detailed requirement documents based on approved solutions and collaborate with tooling teams for implementation.
+ Partner with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into engineering specifications, acting as an end-to-end advocate for the customer.
+ Perform detailed unit and integrated end-to-end platform testing, documenting test scripts and results for stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.
+ Train stakeholders on technology enhancements, ensuring full comprehension and adoption.
+ Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders on potential issues, assessing whether additional enhancements are required.
**Mandatory Skills/Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ **Experience:** 4+ years in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

+ Experience presenting to senior leadership and developing reports, presentations, and training materials.
+ Knowledge of **Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Tooling** .
**Pay Details:** $87.00 to $115.00 per hour
