Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager IV in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities: * Program Manager IV will produce solid detailed technical workflow documentation and architecture * Identify technical blockers on critical path to execute projects * Manage project portfolios and ensure that all projects meet the standards and timelines set by the organization * Manages the development and implementation of technical projects for a company * Responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from the initial idea to the final deployment * Be the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders * Manage budgets, forecast costs, track expenditures and provide financial updates to senior management * Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure shared understanding of project goals, timelines, resources and ensure that project stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress * As a Program Manager IV, you will establish and maintain project management systems, process and guidelines for the organization to follow * Provide advice, guidance and support to the leadership team on project management issues * Create project-based reports and ensure that they are shared with key stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner
