DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead all phases of assigned program(s) from initiation through delivery.Have responsibility for the product quality, cost, schedule, and performance on contracts.Act as the primary customer contact. Lead program interface with customers on cost, schedule, and performance.Capture and execute a portfolio of programs. Develop proposals for new DoD classified efforts.Drive and oversee infrastructure improvements to meet growth Ensure technical leadership and excellence is maintained by participating in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of the required management, professional, and technical talent.
