We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Program Manager with experience in program ownership and account management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to listen & understand our partners’ business goals, translate data into compelling and actionable insights, and focus on executing on the plan to fulfill our partners’ needs. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes for larger clients.

You Will:
Develop a thorough operational knowledge of all OPENLANE programs in addition to those for which you are directly responsible.
Track and take ownership of all open client requests related to existing programs.
Track client requests and ensure that questions related to new feature or program implementations are responded to in a timely fashion.
Ensure timely resolution of client requests using proper channels internally at OPENLANE and externally with the client.
Strategize with Executive Sales Directors on a regular basis to discover potential functional improvements and creative program enhancements.
Participate in the development and rollout of new business opportunities and functionality for clients.
Navigate internally to coordinate activities across key internal teams to ensure that all client programs are being adequately supported and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.
Track key metrics for client programs, report internally and externally with the client.
Must Have’s:
4+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in Internet, small business and/or automotive industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Client interaction experience and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
