Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing first-party video game releases within the retail channel, overseeing the product portfolio, and supporting the execution of programs at retail partners. The position is largely remote, with a preference for candidates in the Puget Sound area who can occasionally work on-site.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Games Category Manager to oversee the P&L for the Games product portfolio, making recommendations to manage our portfolio across retailer accounts, including retailer programs and promotions.Manage assets to support new product launches, build and maintain workback schedules to ensure we have the correct assets for title launches, and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.Forecast new and existing products by analyzing historical and comparative title data to scope the size of new launching titles by region and retailer, as well as to support promotions and seasonality.Build and maintain launch allocation trackers for new titles based on insights and retailer feedback to ensure adequate supply for the release window. Work with operations to ensure product availability for launch, follow up on purchase orders, and secure additional builds to maintain in-stock levels.Strengthen reporting initiatives, including weekly title reports, allocation reporting, and pre-order reporting.Create sales tools to support retailer programs, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with tools, insights, and programs to drive success.Collaborate with business partners including WW Category, WW Channel Marketing, and local team Marketing and Sales.Essential SkillsMinimum 3-5 years of experience working within the gaming industry.Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing category or product, preferably with a retail channel partner.Ability to analyze sales data, draw relevant conclusions, develop accurate business plans, and drive execution.Experience planning and executing marketing strategies and activities that drive business results while remaining aligned to the brand.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with program management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Work Environment
This position is mostly remote, with a preference for candidates in the Puget Sound area who can occasionally work on-site. The candidate will be provided with standard equipment, including a laptop, mouse, headset, and monitor. The role follows a typical Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week schedule, with no overtime expected.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $49.00
