Summary: The main function of a Non-IT Program Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. Purpose of the Team: * The purpose of this team is doing PMO work across regulatory events and CoS office * Admin staff work when head is OOO * Financial Services Industries (FSI) Team and it's a worldwide team; Support worldwide teams Key projects: * This role will contribute to compliance and regulatory marketing events * Owning the events and outputs for those events with ample follow-up Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: * Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients * Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects What makes this role interesting: * This role provides the opportunity to work in the FSI department and get exposure into more industries and biggest portfolio across sectors * Covers Banking, Capital, and Insurance; But all of these departments have a lot of customers to get visibility in a vertical sense
