Job Title Program Manager of Early College Initiatives Agency Texas A&M University - Central Texas Department Enrollment Management Proposed Minimum Salary $3,657.34 monthly Job Location Killeen, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description The Program Manager, under direction, plans, organizes, directs, and manages day-to-day activities associated with the institution’s early college high school initiatives , including Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) Warrior Scholars Program. Develops baccalaureate degree pathways for dual credit and early college high school programs. Implements procedures and completes reporting for the administration of assigned program(s). Applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer. The department is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Responsibilities + Develops and conducts programs and events; including leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops designed to promote student recruitment, success, engagement, and degree completion. + Serves as program manager for institution’s early college high school initiatives, including the Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) Warrior Scholars Program. + Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify program participants and track progress to degree completion. + Assists in developing strategic plans and goals to support the program. + Supervises program student ambassadors, student workers, and/or graduate assistants. + Researches, develops and writes white papers, grant applications, reports, and prepares presentations. + Maintains and develops communications between partners by attending meetings and conference calls. + Develops degree pathways from dual credit and early college high school programs. + Assists with the development and production of materials designed for the program(s). Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Five years of related experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. + Verbal and written communication skills. Salary: $43,888 Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5pm; Night and weekends as needed. Supervision of Others: This position generally supervises employees. Work Location: This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work on campus.
