Position Summary: 
Sr. Director of Program Management of the Product & Engineering organization at Perforce is searching for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. This is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities: Tracks and maintains updates to various program, engineering and product operational work.  Updates internal reports weekly. Ensures updates are completed for product roadmaps, launches, and releases on a monthly basis. Holds leaders accountable for keeping the latest data for product, engineering and program information up to date on Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Sharepoint.  Ability to effectively organize large amounts of information.  Uses professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems.  Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Excellent communication skills using email, zoom, and messaging applications. Ability to present several solution options and articulate their differences.Meets the team where they are to help affect change as it comes to operational and process work.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (BSCS or similar) or equivalent experience.  3-6 years of experience in commercial software and/or hardware industry or project. Knowledge of project/product life cycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong in Atlassian suite particularly Jira Cloud Proficient in Microsoft share point and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. Managing relationship with direct manger and other professionals in the group or department
