**Description:** \*\*Work location is only Orlando, FL or Dallas, TX\*\* You will be the Next Generation Interceptor \(NGI\) Production Program Manager for our team\. Our team is responsible for transitioning NGI Sensor assembly development efforts into production, executing the initial production lot, and supporting assembly, integration, and test activities\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the NGI Production Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sensor production team, procuring, assembling, testing, and delivering hardware to support Kill Vehicle \(KV\) assembly\. You will work closely with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, and Quality to plan and execute the program, resolve issues, and drive cross\-functional team leadership\. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading the sensor production team to deliver hardware on time • Monitoring and measuring key production metrics and Earned Value CAM responsibilities • Supporting the transition of assembly, integration, and test to the MFC Troy team • Implementing manufacturing approaches and resolving manufacturing issues at Supplier and Lockheed Martin facilities • Reporting production status to customers, program leadership, and stakeholders • Preparing and presenting at Program Management and Customer Reviews • Driving risk mitigation identification and mitigation strategies • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues, teammates, and suppliers **Why Join Us** We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to join our team\. CITIZEN \- This position requires an active Secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** Must have active Secret clearance Experience developing detailed plans / schedules in support of technical / production requirements Experience leading and driving integrated teams and technical / production efforts on time Experience presenting and conveying focused messages to program leadership and external customers Production / Transition to Production experience Ability to travel \(domestic only\)\. Amount depends on final work location **Desired Skills:** Experience with missile defense systems development and production\. Technical background to guide and direct technical issues, preferably Electrical or Mechanical system and/ or hardware related\. Familiarity with MFC and Space development and manufacturing processes and tool sets \(Windchill, ePDM, SAP MRP, etc\.\) Familiarity with MDA customer\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
