The Program Manager of Outdoor Pursuits will report directly to the Assistant Director of Outdoor Pursuits and indirectly to the Director of Programs.The primary function of the Program Manager is to plan, conduct and supervise formal and informal program activities.The Program Manager will have a significant role in shaping the future of the program, and many position duties and future projects will be based on the candidate's interest and previous experience.Hire, train, and evaluate 20-30 undergraduate student staff who serve in a variety of leadership roles within the Outdoor Pursuits program. These leadership roles include the Outdoor Pursuits Center staff, bike maintenance technicians, climbing wall attendants and outdoor trip leaders and student supervisors.
