Provides leadership, including the authority to make independent decisions regarding program operations, administration, and governance. Leads and/or contributes to the short-term and long-term strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, processes, and standards. + A program is an ongoing organizational initiative with defined objectives and scope, but without a defined end or completion date. + Leads all aspects of the Performance Management Program, provides leadership and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities. + May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program. + Supports additional programs and initiatives launched by the talent management team. **Note:** **this is a 1-year contract with benefits. Possibility of extension dependent of operational needs.** **Qualifications** **Experience Requirements:** Five (5) plus years of experience in Management, Program/Project Management, or related experience, preferably in Human Resources (HR). **Educational Requirements:** High School Diploma/GED.
