The mission of the Quality & Business Performance Improvement sector is to orchestrate the portfolio definition of non-PGP improvement programs at ASML level, its prioritization based on customer and business impact, and its execution by the different sectors or, if needed, with its own resources. It will focus on end-to-end processes, requiring to look across organizational boundaries, and considering the entire flow creating value for the customer.
Role and responsibilitiesAs Q&BPI Program Manager, you are end-to-end responsible to manage the overall roadmap of products with direct link to business roadmaps cross-sectoral. You report progress at Initiative level, Q&BPI MT level and PSG using KD’s (Key Decisions) and initiative milestones for decisions. You drive the realization of a set of deliverables running in Q&BPI within timing and budget and deliver the required performance complying with the agreed roadmap. On top of that, you focus on:
Managing the orchestration of multiple (complex) (sub)products end-to-end at an initiative or product level. Ensuring timely delivery and conscious business decisions using the Q&BPI Key Decision Process. You own and lead the success of the initiative and/or the products developed withing Q&BPI;
Ensuring initiatives and/or products are delivered within the agreed triple constraint;
Managing budget constraints by driving for accurate cost to complete estimates and setting clear priorities with cross-sectoral team alignment;
Aligning the deliverables and the plan with the different sectors, business lines and suppliers involved in the initiative;
Reporting on the progress, identify issues and bottlenecks and formulate clear help requests;
Leading and motivating diverse teams across all sectors and business lines;
Interfacing with other Q&BPI Program Managers, the head of Program Management, Q&BPI Staff members, sectors Department Manager, and sector representatives to secure the execution of the identified work breakdown;
Enforcing required decisions to secure timing of deliverables in sync with the Q&BPI KD Process and securing the right level of alignment across all sectors and business lines involved;
Securing integration of deliverables into the entire eco system (consisting of a set of products);
Being responsible for budget, cost, timing and organization;
Interacting regularly with sectors, business lines, competences and other potential stakeholders.
Education and experienceA bachelor’s or master's degree;
10-15 years of Program Management experience (within ASML or similar complex organization);
Experience with ERP transitions is a big plus.
