As a Program Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. You’ll work with leaders and teams across the business to achieve excellence and enable success. Our Program Managers drive end-to-end execution of cross-tribe, cross-business complex programs in regulatory change, digital transformation, product and process improvement and organisational change in a designated domain.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.

What you’ll do
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a Program Management role with a strong focus on regulatory change, or similar. Previous experience in delivery of local and global/EU regulatory changeExcellent project management skills with demonstrated experiencing using both agile and waterfall methodologies, with relevant certifications (ie. PMI, Prince 2, AIMPM, etc.)Enterprise-thinking and demonstrated experience engaging with ExCo/Senior leader level stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communications skills including leading on the creation of executive committee packs.A high level of organisation and resilience to successfully meet deadlines and manage expectations within a changing environment.The flexibility to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects of different scales, which may require a pragmatic and hands on approach at times.What’s in it for you?
