Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join one of Canada's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Retail Technology Operations team that supports L2 escalations for technology issues within North American retail stores. As the Program Manager for an Operations focused team, youll assist the Technology Manager driving cross functional collaboration between our Level 1 Support Team, Professional Services Partners responsible for delivering Level 2 Support and providing Retail/System engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects, particularly in the retail apparel industry. Youll demonstrate strong skills in developing, maintaining, and overseeing project artifacts. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the following: - Managing project progress - Budgets - Milestones - Communications - Risks, issues and dependencies - Overseeing the evolution of how the team manages the 20K+ iPhone deployment across Retail - Overseeing the end-to-end process of Request for Proposal (RFP) development, evaluation, and vendor selection for technology service delivery initiatives.
