Join our world class team of diligent problem solvers, innovators, fresh thinkers, and communicators who excite and inspire others. **Program Manager** Stanley Access Technologies is looking for a _Program Manager_ to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security, and access management. As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource allocation. **Responsibilities:** + Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards + Use the Product Development Gate Process to manage projects + Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation and risk assessment. + Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure project success + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies + Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and senior management + Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholders + Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with Organizational goals + Ensure Project documentation is accurate, up to date and readily accessible to team members + Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects + Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness **Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of experience + Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred + Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects and programs + Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels + Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment + Exceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously. + Proficient in project management software and tools + PMP certification or equivalent preferred **Why Work for Us?** **Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:** + You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.
