**Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Change Enablement)** As part of the Growth Strategy team, the Program Manager will oversee and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from development through successful execution to enable business transformation. This role blends strategy, execution, project and change management, and requires focus, flexibility, and a proactive approach to driving growth and operational improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manages the execution and sustainment of one or more strategic initiatives to meet organizational growth objectives by leveraging a scaled, measurable framework and approach • Demonstrates project/program management expertise by leading multiple engagements to successful completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and goals. • Identifies, tracks, escalates, and helps resolve program/project issues promptly, developing recommendations to stakeholders regarding risk mitigation and management. • Oversees cross-functional projects or initiatives with an emphasis on managing the change impacts to ensure a smooth transition as the organization scales. • Delivers effective presentations and written communications, including updates on program status, adjusting messaging for different audiences. • Responds effectively and with agility to shifting priorities, ensuring business objectives and expectations are consistently met. • Enforces the governance structure through continuous communication of the model and expectations, plus regular communication of the status of programs, projects, and/or initiatives, escalating risks and issues in a timely and constructive manner. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** • The role requires a highly motivated individual with critical thinking skills and a passion for enabling business growth + transformation, to include: people, process, technology, etc. • Ability and comfort communicating across a matrixed organization • Stakeholder engagement and management: setting expectations to keep cross-functional teams on track and ensuring projects remain within budget and scope while driving measureable outcomes. • Proven ability to evaluate alternative solutions, make data-driven recommendations, and contribute to operational improvements. • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, often independently and with minimal supervision. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of applied experience in cross-functional organizational programs and initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and business growth • Understanding + applied experience in leading/enabling organizations and their people through change **Preferred Skills and Knowledge:** • Professional certification(s) in change management, project management, human centered design, process improvement, leadership, and/or other relevant areas to business transformation • Exceptional communication skills • Stakeholder engagement + alignment • Facilitating meetings, workshops, presentations **Work Conditions:** • Remote • Travel required up to 25% Since 1992, Omnicell has been committed to transforming pharmacy care through outcomes-centric innovation designed to optimize clinical and business outcomes across all settings of care.
