Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the role of Program Manager, Strategic Projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams with successful execution of strategic projects aimed at driving the company's growth and success. This individual should possess exceptional leadership and project management skills, along with a strategic mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and operational readiness. The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of strategic projects including facilitating collaboration of the design, planning and execution to ensure capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Program management: Serve as the central point of contact and lead for all project-related activities, managing project teams, communication, and resources effectively. Strategic planning and analysis support: facilitate and support a thorough analysis of current and future business requirements to identify and prioritize strategic projects that support the company's growth plans. Stakeholder management: Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, and external partners, to drive collaboration, alignment, and successful project outcomes. Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.COMPETENCIES

The pay range for the role is $120,000to $130,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
