Job Description:The Surgical Technology Program Manager provides leadership, program development and coordination of educational experiences.

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Develops, organizes and delivers required training and continuing education presentationsManages all new hires including onboarding, orientation and training through proficiencyParticipates in the hiring/selection process including application selection, and interviewsServes as a mentor and subject matter expert for new and experienced staff including the Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship participantsActs as a liaison with clinical students and preceptors to ensure a successful educational experience for the studentCreates opportunities for students and staff to develop professional relationships

Educational Requirements:

Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program or completion an Essentia Health Surgical Technologist Apprentice Training Program

Required Qualifications:

3 years of surgical technologist experience 1 year of leadership experience
