As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Environmental Sustainability Group supporting critical initiatives in data center efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to empathize with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Program Manager Tech 4 **Location:** Hybrid - Redmond, WA **Pay Range:** $70 - $75/hr **What's the Job?** + Build and maintain relationships with data center teams to enhance operational efficiency. + Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams. + Analyze data and lifecycle systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. + Participate in group meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success. + Support the team in achieving compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. **What's Needed?** + 8-10 years of overall experience in program management or related fields. + Proven service ownership experience with a minimum of 7 years in relevant roles. + Experience with service lifecycle management and user service ownership. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with technical data. + Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively. **Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience** 1.
