Responsibilities: * Works with Curriculum Managers and other trainers to identify specific business needs and propose training solutions * Assess the needs of target audiences * Designs, develops, writes, and maintains courseware, primarily using e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and engaging content, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and more * Design and develop supporting materials such as slides, handouts, lab instructions, and lab solutions for courses that emphasize task-oriented duties * Maintains awareness of external seminars, training programs, and relevant literature * Collecting, organize, and analyze data and program metrics
