Program Manager - Transformers
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Program Manager - Transformers. This role is located in Waukesha, WI. No relocation assistance will be provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Program Manager will direct the successful execution and deliverables for NPI, VAVE, Sourcing projects and programs. The Program Manager will examine the needs of the project/program/business to ensure successful execution of NPI projects, the identification and scoping of projects are consistent with the business unit product and technology roadmaps. You will manage cross functional team(s) to deliver on product development projects that include elements of planning, risk analysis, costs, product design, reliability testing, prototyping, and design for manufacturability. You will align and continuous improvement the 3PH Program Management operation across functions and product lines within the Power Delivery and Reliability Division. **In this role you will:** + Manages the Lifecycle Financials of NPI, VAVE and sourcing projects & programs. Responsibility, authority and accountability for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments. + Directs integrated product team leadership across the project(s). Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Provides feedback on performance indicators. + Establishes objectives and goals. Provides direction to the project team in areas of program requirements, potential changes in scope and risk assessment. + Conducts effective program communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business. + Maintains standard program management processes and methodologies while coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports. + Develops metrics for project schedule, budget, quality, technical performance and delivery through all phases of PROLaunch phases. + Coordinates all risks and requirements of the project by planning, controlling, integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the achievement of goals. + Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/considerable risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional levels when needed. **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. + Five (5) or more years of experience in project leadership or Engineering and/or Product Development Management + Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification + Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. + No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
