We are looking for a Program Manager to meet the full range of contractual management associated with project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling a larger IT-focused support contract. This includes the management and oversight of AMERICAN SYSTEMS personnel and subcontractors to ensure all program objectives and requirements are being met. Your management skills shoals also include the ability to work closely with the Government Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and Project Managers. You will work closely with the Government team to ensure our delivery remains on schedule and within budget.

A week in the life of a Program Manager:

Provide project management, planning and coordination Provide Information Assurance (IA) oversight, project management and logistics support for all tasks Establishing, hosting, and scheduling monthly financial reviews with the Government. Establishing, scheduling and hosting scrum calls with contractor and Government personnel as required and provide support for the Program Manager Reviews (PMRs). Providing all needed program documentation to include - meeting minutes associated with all reviews and planning sessions; document and update standard operating procedures,  Manage all personnel aspects of the team to include - compliance with our established communication plan; tracking, monitoring, and ensuring contractor personnel Common Access Cards (CACs) are renewed prior to expiration date; communicating to the Government within 24 hours issues impacting contractor personnel security clearances and performance; responding to and providing plans of action for contractor personnel performance issues
