Responsibilities

Contractor shall provide standardized, on-site Information Technology (IT) services to include, and are not limited to, helpdesk and desk side support, remote and on-site troubleshooting, on-site IT touch labor, system administrative support, project task management support, network security and cybersecurity support including Risk Management Framework/Authority to Operate (RMF/ATO) support, in room/on-site video teleconferencing support, mobile and web applications support, and asset management support, as required.

 

The Program Manager V position will provide support to the Geographic Service Providers (GSP) Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) IT (Information Technology) Support Services located at Ft. Gordon Einsenhower Medical Center in Augusta, GA. The roles responisiblities are outlined below:

Plans and leads major information technology assignments and projects. Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Level V performs the most complex independent thinking, tasks, and may supervise others.Experience managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups. Experience developing and leading complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating, and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program / business plans. Experience organizing and directing work and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives. Experience addressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements. Qualifications

Accredited Master's degree with ten (10) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

 

Experience:

Managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groupsDeveloping complex Information Technology program plans to address needs and requirements, investigating and resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors’ staff, and executing program plansOrganizing and directing work, and directing personnel and multi-discipline teams in order to achieve objectivesAddressing complaints and resolving problems associated with TO PWS requirements

Certification: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager, ITIL 4 Foundation

 

Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance. Active clearance preferred.
