Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to drive projects, manage the entire project life cycle, and ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, executive presence, and the ability to run meetings effectively with senior executives. This role demands a proactive individual who can maintain the pace of play and keep the team on track or ahead of deadlines.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and own the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion.
+ Drive project execution with urgency and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
+ Facilitate and command meetings with VPs, Directors, and other senior executives.
+ Coordinate project activities and manage schedules, calendars, and resources.
+ Create and deliver presentations and content using Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Support project planning and execution while maintaining thorough documentation.
+ Implement change management processes and ensure smooth transitions.
+ Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
+ Provide executive support and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of Program Management experience.
+ 6 years of total Project/Program Management experience.
+ Proficiency in project coordination and planning.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience in scheduling, calendar management, and meeting facilitation.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage and execute project plans effectively.
+ Experience in healthcare or non-clinical healthcare operations will be prioritized.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
+ Knowledge of construction and facilities management.
+ Proficiency in Smartsheet.
+ Experience in content creation.
Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence 70% of the time, split between Newark and Menlo Park. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm. Once converted to a permanent role, the schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate business needs.
