The Program Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic loyalty and rewards programs as well as other enterprise marketing strategies to grow and expand Dentsply Sirona’s North American customer base.  This position is a remote role with our headquarters being located in Charlotte, NC- the ideal candidate will operate on eastern time. 

 

Key Responsibilities include:
•    Develop and execute enterprise loyalty and rewards programs, both online and offline.
•    Develop and execute marketing campaigns and collaterals for loyalty and rewards programs.
•    Manage all aspects of project plans to execute loyalty and rewards programs, including working with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Legal/Compliance and other departments.
•    Manage marketing plans to support and drive customer engagement through loyalty and rewards programs.
•    Partner closely with product management, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
•    Analyze loyalty, rewards and marketing programs, communicate status and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
•    Manage and ensure compliance within programs.
•    Develop and coordinate communication to the Field Sales Force on the implementation of programs and tactics.
•    Communicate programs, customer targeting programs and dealer rollout strategies.
•    Manage the programs’ performance and ROI tracking process and makes recommendations on program effectiveness to maximize revenue opportunities. 
•    Assist the Field Sales Force in implementing all aspects of the loyalty/rewards program plans.
•    Develop and execute advertising campaigns to support loyalty/rewards programs.
•    Track & maintain yearly calendar for advertising.
•    Communicate with vendors on ongoing loyalty/rewards programs and other enterprise marketing programs.
•    Development and coordination of loyalty/rewards programs and other enterprise marketing program Field Sales Force training. 
•    Assist with negotiating contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
•    Support various training activities for end users and representatives.
•    Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout loyalty/reward programs and enterprise marketing strategies.
•    Other duties as may be assigned.  

 

Education:
•    BS degree from an Accredited University or College; MBA preferred

 

Years and Type of Experience:  
•    A minimum of 5 years of marketing or product marketing experience; loyalty program experience preferred.
•    Experience in the dental/pharmaceutical/medical device industry strongly preferred.

 

The base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is between $100,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
