Amazon.co.jp is looking for Program Marketing Manager who is a customer centric, data driven and highly motivated to invent for customers and drive the business growth in a cross-functional environment. This role mainly works for a special project in Beauty category to unlock new opportunities for customers through marketing beauty contents and information and engaging with customers to help them discover new beauty products. As a successful candidate, you work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to understand customers' unmet needs, align them with clear data and strategy, and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and new customer acquisition for the program growth.


Key job responsibilities
Beauty is a key category which Amazon put focus on innovating customers’ shopping experience world-wide. This role owns program marketing in a JP specific initiative to partner with external company to leverage their assets and capabilities to create joint customer experience to better serve Japanese customers’ demands and preference. You work closely with external partner to plan and execute new customer campaigns, verify customer reactions, and come up with proposals for CX changes, that will be handled by product manager in a same team. It offers exciting opportunities to be a part of building and managing new products and programs by closely collaborating across multiple functions internally and externally including software development, product / program managers, and finance in both domestic and international teams.
The candidate is expected to have fluent Japanese language skill in communicating with an external partner company.
