Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR A bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus one year of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Examples of Work Project Monitor – Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) Grant The Project Monitor will be responsible for tracking and evaluating the progress of the TMaH grant activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, performance metrics, and financial reporting. This position will support data collection, analysis, and documentation to inform program effectiveness and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor the implementation of TMaH grant activities to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance requirements. + Track performance measures, deliverables, and deadlines, identifying and addressing potential gaps. + Conduct site visits, stakeholder interviews, and data reviews to assess program effectiveness. + Assist in preparing financial and programmatic reports for funders and leadership. + Support quality improvement efforts and recommend corrective actions as needed. + Maintain organized documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes. + Provide technical assistance and guidance to project partners and team members. + Assist with stakeholder coordination and communication, ensuring transparency in project updates.
