Grants Acquisition and Proposal Design
Support and lead the development of concept papers and proposals in coordination with technical specialists, finance etc.Coordinate with SOs and donor for continuous funding for the assigned portfolioMonitor funding status for program to identify possible funding gaps and ensure smooth transitions from one grant to the next.Closely collaborate with donors and Support Offices for early positioning for new funding.Support the Go No-Go process for new opportunities as per WVI policyCollaborate and negotiate with Support Offices and DMT on match needs and other resources (e.g., technical).
Grants Management and Reporting
Work on monthly, annual, and end-of-project narrative reports, newsletters, situational reports, and other reports as necessary in collaboration with the other departments, including internal and external reports.Support, plan and facilitate grant reporting to meet donors/SOs, and WVI highest standards.Monitor program's progress ensuring goals and objectives are achieved and non-financial grant requirements are adhered to.Provide program update to assigned WV Support Offices and donorsSupport the quarterly Grant Health TrackerSupport the facilitation Start up and close out Grant meetings for the assigned projectsQuality Assurance, Accountability, and Information Management
Support to streamline programs processes to ensure timely and quality preparation of grant proposals, donor reports and other reporting requirements.Ensure alignment with WV’s established external engagement, GAM, partnering steps, and response strategies.Incorporation of internal and international humanitarian standards (Sphere, HAP, etc.) into all project designs and implementation.Partnership & External Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships and information sharing with donors and Support Office representatives. Support donor Engagement including attending meetings and update the GAM Manager Support the programs team to identify challenges and communicate and ensure timely communication to SOs and the donors
Information Management
Support to update and maintain HORIZON database Support project filing according to Audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
