Program Operations Coordinator

The Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of the Fort Moore Program actions, supervises and provides leadership to assigned personnel, and has responsibility for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of the Program functions across the site. The Program Operations Coordinator shall assist the Program Manager in identifying, establishing, and communicate program requirements to all employees and organize, plan, schedule, implement, control, analyze, and report on all elements of the program’s performance work statement (PWS). The Program Operations Coordinator will be accountable to the Government and communicate/coordinate efforts and work performed under this PWS with the Government client and Program Manager. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: Manage and execute the day-to-day operations; serves as the main POC for the site, and sole point of contact for the Government client. Ensures that all CDRL reporting requirements are met within the established timelines. Provides leadership, consultation, and mentoring to all assigned personnel, creates development opportunities for junior leaders and fosters a culture of continuous teaming throughout the organization. Ensures all contract and organizational goals are in alignment with V2X objectives. Performs other duties as assigned. Material & Equipment Directly Used: General office equipment, computers, fax, printers, web and internet services, server platforms, and other electronic forms of management, collaboration, and data sharing. Physical Activities: The physical requirements of this position include long periods of sitting, standing, and communicating via electronic means. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. Work Environment: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education / Certifications: BS in business, or project management, or information technology, or computer science or any other related field preferred. Equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree with a minimal of 2 years or more experience within Program Management. PMP Certification preferred. Active Secret Clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen. Valid State Driver's License without restrictions. U.S. citizenship is required. Experience / Skills: Knowledge working with Unclassified networks (NIPR) 5. Knowledge working with Classified networks (SIPR) 5. Working multiple platforms at once (voice, phone call, email, text, apps, social media, etc.) operation, monitoring, maintenance, and support for that system. Proven excellent communication writing skills, to keep records of discussions, decisions, and agreements. Must possess expertise in Microsoft office and capable of generating electronic reports and conducting data mining and business analysis. Must possess the ability to understand operating procedures, work Instructions, Army regulations, military and commercial technical manuals, and applicable Department of Defense forms. Must have the ability to work independently and in a team-based, highly collaborative environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with subordinates, peers and senior personnel. Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism.
