The internal GenAI team is responsible for solution strategy, creation, deployment, change management and adoption of the GenAI solutions that drive productivity across Blue Yonder. This role will gain a broad understanding of the needs of all aspects of our business and help to drive and govern the efforts around delivering solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and prioritize intake of requests across multiple initiatives and activity typesLead the change management efforts, including communications, enablement, documentation, and FAQsFacilitate governance committee reviews and ensure timely decision-makingCoordinate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and readinessTrack progress, surface risks, and support issue resolution across programsWhat we are looking for:
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or change managementProven ability to manage intake, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills with experience supporting change enablement (e.g., comms, documentation, training).Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SmartSheet.Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Aha.Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting enterprise software or GenAI/LLM-related initiatives highly desirable. Prior experience facilitating governance processes or steering committeesExposure to Agile or scaled Agile environments#LI-MH1

The salary range for this position is: $114,104 - $143,896 USD.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
